According to an annual report put out by the Workers’ Compensation
Insurance Rating Bureau, the total costs associated with independent medical
reviews (IMRs) and independent bill reviews (IBRs) have increased.
Despite reduced insurance premiums and fewer claims being filed, IMRs and
